When a proposal is published, we take a snapshot of each holder’s total balance (Open + Locked + Vested). That snapshot locks in your voting power for that specific proposal.
Transfer after snapshot? Your vote still counts. Buy after snapshot? You can’t vote on the current proposal.Your vote is weighted by your snapshot balance. You can vote once per proposal, and it’s final.
